all i need in life...
is my wife by my
side...
although this place can be frustrating beyond belief, it is the simple
things in life that make this place elegant, fascinating and delightful...
i am a simple man now...and all i need to be happy is my wife by my
side...
and a cold beer...
and a sunset would be nice...
wife, cold beer, sunset...that is it...that is all i need in life...
and some guacamole would be nice...and some blue skies, bluer water and a
slight breeze...
i can get all of those at Jax along with crunchy tacos...
so all i need is;
wife, beer, sunset, guacamole, blue skies, blue water, breeze, crunchy
tacos, Jax...
that is it...that is all i need to be happy...
and a weekend...i love weekends way better than weekdays, but who doesnt?
sleeping late and having fun with friends on the beach sure is
appealing...so i need weekends...
i love sitting in the jucuzzi at the house in the evening watching the
cruise ships from Cozumel head out to sea (praise the Lord they leave from
Cozumel)...i am addicted...i need that jacuzzi now...
or taking a dip in the pool...very refreshing...that makes me smile...
and i like hanging on the mexican part of the beach...with the families
and seeing all the activity in the street and in the water...man, that is
the kind of stuff that makes me pinch myself and ask "how did i get
here?"...
wife, beer, sunset, guacamole, blue skies, blue water, breeze, crunchy
tacos, Jax, weekends, friends, jacuzzi, pool, cruise ships, mexican
families...it is a simple life...that is all i need in life...
i sleep better after a Colorado Rockies win, a walk around punta sur
energizes me and a new reservation at the house all put me in a good
mood...
breakfast at the sunset grill is my favorite place for the first meal of
the day, then hang out on the beach and in the warm caribbean water...
when my atm card pops back out of the atm, i give a content sigh of
relief...and a little extra spending money at the end of the month when
all the bills are paid makes for a little fun...and i get a kick out of
taking a shower on our back deck in my birthday suit free as a bird...
and of course i cannot live without election campaigns, news years eve,
carnival, Miss Abuelita contests, 2 hour massages and a 3 hour weekend
siesta...
hmmm...i forgot a couple things...dolphins jumping out of the water is
amazing and so is the dock bar at Sergios...and a big, tasty burrito at
Monchis...
that is all i need to keep me happy...

families, Rockies wins, punta sur, reservations, sunset grill, playa norte,
warm water, extra money, naked showers, special events, massages, siestas,
dolphins, Sergios, Monchis...
so that is it...
that is all i need...
just a simple man...
on a simple island...
